    The challenge

    Beech launched a new $3K/month Facebook ads campaign for their own lead generation. With no sales team and the founder bottlenecked, prior leads often went unqualified — putting the entire ad spend at risk.

    What we built

    A conversational voice AI sales agent configured to Beech's exact ICP. It instantly called every new inquiry within minutes, qualified against their criteria in a natural human-like conversation, and autonomously booked appointments on the founder's calendar.

    NJ Solar runs in one of the most competitive lead environments in the country. They were buying aged leads (cheaper, but harder to convert) and operating a 30,000-dials-per-day call center that booked relatively few appointments — with all the staffing, training, and overhead headaches that come with running one.

    What we built

    A voice AI sales agent that calls every lead, on-script, every time, never sleeps, and books appointments autonomously. It sounds human, with AI status disclosed at the start of every call.

    97 booked appointments in the first month and a customer acquisition cost of under $1,400 — roughly half the industry average of $2,700.     An AI database reactivation system: an SMS hand-raiser sent to dormant leads, with an AI nurture flow that converted responders into a free trial of a monthly subscription.

    The outcome

    From the initial run: 2,473 dormant leads contacted, 434 replies within the first two hours, and 60 free-trial sign-ups — pure revenue from inventory the business already owned, with zero additional ad spend.

    A full marketing automation stack: ActiveCampaign as the central CRM, two distinct drip campaigns, an automated membership onboarding flow handling vetting, training registration, and per-employee certificates of completion, and a Zapier-driven QuickBooks integration that auto-populated contact and shipping data the moment a member signed up.

    The outcome

    ~50% reduction in time spent on communications. Membership onboarding ran without manual intervention, order data flowed straight into accounting, and the founder was freed to focus on growing the business instead of chasing the database.
